Shipping and Payment

US Orders over $50.00 ship free!

The following applies to all 50 US states in addition to US territories - surface shipping is free for orders over $50.00 via the carrier of our choice (UPS ground or USPS parcel post).  Heavier items will be shipped via UPS ground service. Shipping times will be anywhere from two to seven days for free shipping.  Tracking information will be provided to you in the form of a confirmation eMail sent after the item has been shipped.

If you would like faster service on your order of $50.00 or more, you pay only $4.80 flat rate shipping for 2-3 day service via USPS priority mail, or USPS First Class mail.  We do not ship UPS 2-day or UPS overnight as those services are very expensive, and believe it or not, the US postal service will likely get it there much faster.  If you want UPS 2-day or overnight shipping, please give us a call to see what we can work out.

US Orders under $50.00 - $4.80 flat rate shipping:

Flat rate shipping of $4.80 for orders under $50.00 is via UPS ground, or USPS mail service.  Shipping times will vary from 2-7 business days depending on where you are located in the country. If you live in a rural area, delivery times can be longer; if you live near or in a major US city you can expect delivery times to be 2-3 business days.  If you need super fast shipping (2-day, Overnight), please give us a call, at 1-888 413- 0793.

International Orders:

We will gladly ship to most countries around the world.  All international orders under 4 pounds are eligible to ship First-Class Mail International. Rates range from $6.00 for a small 1-pound package up-to $20.00 for the 4-pound rate. Delivery times vary widely for countries around the globe, however most orders will take (at most) 10-14 business days.  We ask that you create an account, and eMail us for shipping information. Postal rates are increasing annually, and we have found this is the best way to save you money on shipping. Shipping via USPS is fast, and easier on international shipping destinations regarding customs/vat taxes.  The buyer is responsible for any and all additional fees charged by your respective country.  All packages ship with insurance to assure the goods are delivered in good order. If an item is deemed lost, (longer than 21 business days) - please contact us for insurance claim. Please give us a call at - 888- 413- 0793.

Shipping Notes:

As a general rule, all orders are shipped the same or next day they are placed.  If an item is out of stock for more than 2 business days we will let you know.  For in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST you can count on same day shipping.  We also ship on Saturdays, so if your order is placed before 12 noon CST on a Saturday it will ship that day.  It is not unusual for orders placed and shipped on Saturdays to arrive by the following Monday (Tuesday at the latest).  We cannot guarantee that, but it has been our experience that orders shipped on Saturdays get there very quickly.

Forms of Payment:

We accept all credit card types - VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, as well as Paypal, personal checks, money orders, or cash. For credit card purchasers, orders are charged when the order is placed - we DO NOT store your credit card information for your security - no data is stored, transaction is processed one time. Your order history, and account information will be stored (if you so choose) and accessible only to you. We can also accept wire transfer payments, however please shoot us an eMail or give us a call if you would like to pay by wire.
